Superman Again

Quando fui para Portugal em 2006, eu usava luz colorida, roupas de algodão. One of my t-shirts happened to have Superman on it. Uma das minhas t-shirts passou a ter Superman nele. (I remember that the only reason I bought it was because it was light gray and only cost $3.) Anyway, while on a tour of an ancient temple, a fanboy from the UK saw my shirt and started asking me about the new Superman movie. (Lembro-me que a única razão que eu comprei era porque era cinza claro e só custou US $ 3.) Anyway, quando em uma excursão de um templo antigo, um fanboy do Reino Unido viu minha camisa e começou a me perguntar sobre o novo filme de Superman . I had no idea that there was going to be a new film, and I had never even seen the old ones. Eu não tinha idéia de que ia ser um novo filme, e eu nunca tinha visto até mesmo os antigos. I was really surprised by the conversation in the first place because who on Earth wants to talk about superheroes when he's in an awesome ancient Egyptian temple? Fiquei realmente surpreso por a conversa em primeiro lugar, porque na terra que quer falar sobre o super-herói quando ele está em um antigo templo egípcio awesome?

When I got home from Egypt, I asked Ash if he had heard of the movie. Quando cheguei em casa do Egito, perguntei a Ash se ele tinha ouvido falar do filme. If my memory serves me right, he did say he heard about it but he heard it was going to be terrible. Se a memória não me falha, ele disse que ouviu sobre isso, mas soube que ia ser terrível. It must not have been that awful because my husband owns the Superman Returns DVD. Não deve ter sido esse terrível porque meu marido é dono do Superman Returns DVD. At least he's never made me watch it. Pelo menos ele nunca me fez vê-lo.
